I recently brought my son in for a cleaning, and we had the pleasure of seeing Lia. She did an absolutely amazing job! My little one loved her - she was so gentle, kind, and patient, which helped ease his nerves right away. It’s not always easy for kids to feel comfortable at the dentist, but Lia made the experience so positive. I would highly recommend her to any new patients looking for compassionate, thorough care!

Lia, my hygienist was super kind and gentle! I just had double jaw surgery and my braces off so I was a tad scared for cleaning. She was great! As well as the dentist herself. Clean environment, and friendly.

As a first-time patient at the Portage location, I was very impressed with the initial front desk greeting and office area. My hygienist, Amanda, did a great job and was friendly and efficient explaining the necessary concerns that showed on my x-rays. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Welburn and will follow up with the treatment plan she suggested for me. Overall great experience!

This is the most professional Dentistry that I have been a patient with. Amanda is a great hygienist. She answered all my questions and was very kind and courteous. The Dentist herself was also kind and welcoming, and straight to the point. 10/10 recommendation.

My son and I had our first appointments today.He was pretty nervous about a new dentist and hygienist since he is only ten. Amanda was absolutely wonderful.I don't think we could have asked for anyone better. He's not a big fan and he did wonderful. She was so calm and patient with him as was the doctor. He did so much better than I anticipated, and I think it was because he felt comfortable. We cant wait to see Amanda at the next visit! Only good things to be said about this place!

I had my teeth cleaning today at Drake Dental. Lia was my hygienist and she was incredibly kind and helpful to me. I get VERY nervous about going to the dentist, even for a cleaning, I know it's just left over nerves from childhood experiences with a different dentist. I have been a patient at Drake Dental for about 15 years and I can say honestly I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I love the dentists and all the hygienists I've met along the way are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much to Lia and Dr. Welburn who saw me today, you girls are the best.

This Drake Dental location has been my dentist for the last few years after a bad experience at a different dentist office. All of the dental hygienists are great but Nicole has to be my favorite so far. The routine, bite-wing x-rays cause me a lot of pain but I mentioned it to Nicole and she helped make it an easy experience with minimal discomfort. I also like that you can book appointments far in advance so you don’t have to struggle to get on the calendar - I have my next three appointments scheduled which covers me for the next year and a half!
