Good experiences at this office so far. We switched to Drake Dental from Kalamazoo Smiles because of repeated attitude from some office staff and have been so happy to be patients here. Their office staff is so friendly and quick, and the hygienists I've seen have been wonderful. Nicole is easy to talk to and did a good job on my cleaning.I do wish they would tell you how long an appointment might take. I underestimated the time it would take for a crown and overestimated the time for a filling.I also wish, and this is probably just a me thing, that they would label their exam room doors so when they give you instructions (i.e. down the hall to the left, first door on the left) it made it crystal clear. My interpretation of the directions the last two times were wrong and I'm sure the staff thought I was incompetent. 😂

I had my teeth cleaned yesterday. The hygienist was professional and very personable. She explained everything she was going to do and asked if I had been having any problems. She was efficient, very capable, and had my teeth cleaned quickly.

My First visit, I had no idea how beautiful the inside would be, simply gorgeous! A must see and visit! A++++! Had an excellent appt. My dental hygienist was Amanda, she was very kind; the cleaning was thoroughly done with patience; gentleness and perfection. I can get anxious, but she was flawless. She provided special dental mouth wash for my gums. I definitely will be back for work with the dentist.

Amanda is such a wonderful hygienist! My wife Shelley had her teeth cleaned today. Amanda is professional and very thorough! My wife highly recommends her. Dr. Katherine is very knowledgeable and welcoming. This practice is top notch!

We had a great experience today at Drake Dental (Drake Rd location). Our hygienist took great care of me, and then both of my daughters. She had great care and “chair-side” manner with both my 8 and 5 yr olds - she made them very comfortable. They were both commenting how clean their teeth felt!We love Drake Dental, and would recommend to any area families or adults.
